Excellent customer service is always our number one priority! We hope you understand, there are certain things out of our control (due to the Coronavirus Pandemic) that may temporarily hinder our normal quality of customer service. We are doing our best and truly appreciate your patience and support!
When will the boutique be back open?
The boutique is currently closed to the public until further notice. In the interim, Online Shopping is available at www.nicolejboutique.com. We hope to be open soon and will post all updates to our social media pages. For ALL updates, be sure to join our email list and our Nicole J Community Page.
When will my online order ship?
We’re doing our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Be sure to check your email for shipping alerts and tracking information.
When can I pick up my online order?
We are offering curbside hours for pickups and returns, you can check this link for dates/times, it will be updated weekly: https://nicolejboutique.com/pages/curbside-pickup
If you have an in store pickup that you would like to switch to shipping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to ship it ASAP!
Will you restock/get new styles?
NEW styles + restocks will go online every Thursday at 8pm EST, unless it is a Style Saturday weekend, then NEW styles + restocks will go online Saturday 9am EST!
Are you accepting returns?
Absolutely! If you wish to bring a return to the boutique you can see our curbside hours and all details here: https://nicolejboutique.com/pages/curbside-pickup
If you wish to ship your item back, email email@example.com and we will send a pre-paid shipping label!
Once we receive your return, if it is unworn and unwashed you will receive store credit via email within 2-5 business days. Returns for store credit will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase. All sale items are final sale.
Can I purchase a gift card online?

When will my email (or message) be answered?
We are asking you to send all questions to firstname.lastname@example.org We are responding to emails and Facebook/Instagram messages, however, it just may not be as fast as you’re used to. We appreciate your patience during this time!! Email is the BEST way to get an answer right now!
