Excellent customer service is always our number one priority. We hope you understand, there are certain things out of our control (due to the Coronavirus Pandemic) that may temporarily hinder our normal quality of customer service.

When will the boutique be back open?
The boutique is currently closed to the public until further notice in accordance with government and state mandates. In the interim, Online Shopping is available at www.nicolejboutique.com. We’re taking it day by day. For updates, be sure to join our #NJBBABE Community Page.
When will my order ship?
We’re doing our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Be sure to check your email for shipping alerts and tracking information.
When can I pick up?
In store pick up will be available again once the boutique reopens. If you have an in store pickup that you would like to switch to shipping, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to ship it ASAP!
Will you restock/get new styles?
Most of the vendors we work with are currently shut down and at this time all of our incoming shipments are on hold.
How are you handling returns?
We always want you to be happy with your purchases, and if there’s something you want to exchange, we’ll figure out a way to make it work.
Can I purchase a gift card online?

When will my email (or message) be answered?
We are responding to emails and Facebook/Instagram messages, however, it just may not be as fast as you’re used to. We appreciate your patience during this time.
How should I handle a return?
We ARE accepting returns via mail for store credit at this time, email your order # and item you wish to return to info@nicolejboutique, we will send over a pre paid return label!
