CURBSIDE HOURS

 

Pull up to the inside parking lot door, call 302-376-7393 and we will bring your order out to you, you don't have to leave the car! If there are cars in line ahead of you, no need to call, we will be right with you!

Please note, ALL pickup orders will be ready during any of the curbside hours!

RETURNS

If you are bringing a return, please put it in a bag with your invoice! If you don't have your invoice include the following on a piece of paper: First Name, Last name and order #. It will be processed after drop off and you will receive your store credit via email within a few days.

Excellent customer service is always our number one priority! We hope you understand, there are certain things out of our control (due to the Coronavirus Pandemic) that may temporarily hinder our normal quality of customer service. When will the boutique be back open? 

The boutique is currently closed to the public until further notice. In the interim, Online Shopping is available at www.nicolejboutique.comWe hope to be open soon and will post all updates to our social media pages. For ALL updates, be sure to join our email list and our Nicole J Community Page. 

When will my online order ship? 

We’re doing our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Be sure to check your email for shipping alerts and tracking information. 

When can I pick up my online order? 

We are offering curbside hours for pickups and returns, you can check this link for dates/times, it will be updated weekly: https://nicolejboutique.com/pages/curbside-pickup

If you have an in store pickup that you would like to switch to shipping, please email info@nicolejboutique.com and we will do our best to ship it ASAP!

Will you restock/get new styles? 

YES! We are restocking as much as we can and posting new styles every week :)

Are you accepting returns?

Absolutely! If you wish to bring a return to the boutique you can see our curbside hours and all details here: https://nicolejboutique.com/pages/curbside-pickup 

If you wish to ship your item back, email info@nicolejboutique.com and we will send a pre-paid shipping label!

Once we receive your return, if it is unworn and unwashed you will receive store credit via email within 2-5 business days. Returns for store credit will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase. All sale items are final sale.

When will my email (or message) be answered?
